MDDr. Eleonóra Ivančová, PhD.
Graduated at Medical Faculty of P.J.Šafárik University in Košice in 2013. She worked as a teacher at I.Clinic of Stomatology UNLP and Medical Faculty of UPJŠ- Departement of Periodontology.
She has been teaching at Clinics of stomatology and maxilo-facial surgery UNLP and Medical Faculty UPJŠ at the Orthodontic Department since 2015 until now. She finished postgradual training at the same UPJŠ by exam in 2018.
She regularly attends and lectures at Slovak and foreign scientific orthodontic conferences (Spain, Italy, Germany, and others). She passed Certification Course of Invisalign and Spark- companies Which offer orthodontic anomaly treatment by aligners.
Since 2014 she has been working in a private stomatologic office DDDental.
Aligners – minimal effort, maximal gain
Aligners are relatively new limit in art and science of the orthodontics. They offers new opportunities and chalenges, but it is necessary to re-evaluate biomechanics and concept of the force supply together with aligners stuff/substance role. Treatment with aligners is quite different from traditional methods of fix orthodontics. Authors present casuistics with peak efficiency with minimal labour from theirs rich experience.
